New in JavaScript 6

As a standardized language and basis for JavaScript, ECMAScript 2015 brings groundbreaking innovations, the possibilities and limitations of which are presented step by step in this video training course with clear examples. See how it will be possible in future to declare classes in JavaScript using a keyword built into the language. Constants, modules, and arrow functions are now also part of the language.

Since ECMAScript 2015 does not yet work in all browsers, I will also explain how you can already write ECMAScript 2015 with confidence using Traceur, BabelJS, and Gulp, and have it automatically translated into JavaScript that also supports older browsers. I will also explain in detail the relationship between ECMAScript and JavaScript.

So I would suggest: If you didn’t like JavaScript before, take the plunge and watch this video training. You’ll be amazed at what modern JavaScript looks like. And if you already like it, then you should watch this training even more to learn all the exciting new features. I hope you enjoy it!
