Training for developer teams: AI-assisted development, .NET MAUI, and TX Text Control
My core topic is AI-assisted software development. This is not about tool tricks: together with your team I build a reproducible AI development process that turns Copilot, Claude, and Codex licenses into measurable productivity. Alongside that, I teach the topics I have worked with for years in real projects and as a book author: cross-platform apps with .NET MAUI and document automation with TX Text Control.
You book me, not a rotating trainer: I run every training myself. I have been a Microsoft MVP since 2013, I have written three books, and I have delivered more than 200 trainings and workshops. Trainings take place remotely or in person in Bad Breisig, Germany.

In every training we work on a real sample project, with plenty of live coding and exercises. What you learn is ready to use on the next working day.
Before you book, we clarify in a free preliminary call where your team stands and which focus areas are worth it. The program itself has been proven in many runs: no experiments, just content that works.

AI Training for Developer Teams: From Prompt to Reproducible Development Process
Your team uses Copilot, Claude or Codex, but everyone differently and with mixed results? In this hands-on training your development team builds a reproducible AI development process step by step: from prompt to CLAUDE.md and skills to commands, agents and hooks. All live coding, no slide decks, tailored to your stack. Plus two workshops for management and team leads.

Develop cross-platform apps with .NET MAUI for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows
With .NET MAUI, your team serves all four platforms from a single C# codebase instead of maintaining Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows separately. In this training, I get your .NET developers to the point where they set up MAUI apps cleanly and steer clear of the typical pitfalls, from architecture to device access. Hands-on live coding throughout, on a real example project, not slides.

Git for .NET Teams
Most Git courses come from the Linux and terminal world. But your team works in Visual Studio, with Azure DevOps or GitHub, and maybe you're coming from TFVC right now. That's exactly where I start: Git the way it actually shows up in .NET everyday work. Your team understands how Git works, handles branches and pull requests with confidence, and stays calm when a merge conflict hits or AI-generated code demands review. Hands-on throughout, with your tools.

Document generation with TX Text Control
Invoices, quotes, contracts: as long as documents are copied together by hand from old files, it costs time and produces errors. In this training, I get your developers to the point where they generate documents automatically from their own software, from the Word template to the finished PDF via the Mail Merge API. Hands-on throughout, on working code.
Tell me where your team stands. I'll tell you what's possible.
